Dignity, care, safety, community...all members of the human family share these needs. Aya Caspi, Certified NVC Trainer, talks about how inequality is embedded in our social structures and it is in our own self-interest to show care for the whole...including every homeless person.
About the project:
These stories "caught" by StoryCatchers, Betty Louise and Susan M. Davis, inspire inclusion and common humanity with homeless people and promote compassionate action with the community at large. Stories connect us to our humanity. The Humanities, Arts, and Media communicate Story. The result is cultural transformation. This project was made possible with support from California Humanities, a partner of the NEH. Visit www.calhum.org.
