Ann is a fairly recent transplant from Maui, where she taught in the public elementary schools for almost 30 years. She also grew and processed award-winning organic coffee on the slopes of Haleakala. Ann plays several stringed instruments and enjoys gardening and swimming in the local lakes and rivers.
