When I graduated from my small town high school in 1974, I wrote in my yearbook that I wanted to be "the next Wolfman Jack". Now, 42 years later, I am a radio broadcaster. The beauty of KVMR community radio for me is the freedom of format. It is extremely individualized. And for me, extremely personal. My on-air persona is Husky LePew. "Husky" cuz I've always been big. "LePew" because I've always loved PePe LePew cartoons for the romantic and comic facets of my personality. 'Music for Grown Folks' is the name of my show. About 70% Old School R&B, 20% Smooth Jazz and 10% miscellaneous.
