April 22 Earth Day – A Sunrise Celebration

Written by on April 19, 2018

This Sunday April 22 is Earth Day – the one day that we celebrate this marvelous planet that keeps us alive all 365 days of the year. And the Paulie Morphous Show will commemorate it from 4-7 am, while you are getting ready to go out and party like there's no tomorrow (because there may not be). PMS rings in Earth Day at sunrise with a medley of earth-friendly songs – biodegradable, GMO-free and unforgettable.  Because I respect no musical boundaries, you will also hear the iconic Rhapsody in Blue by Gershwin in its entirety, a set of 80's cookers, and a boatload of singles from the late 50's and pre-Beatles 60's. No, this isn't Mr. Accardi's R&R party or Color Radio. It's more like black and white radio, KVMR style. So adjust your rabbit ear antennas, put a fresh 9 volt battery in your transistor radio and get out those hula hoops. Sunday is gonna be the fun day. Listen live or stream afterwards at archive.kvmr.org.
