Children's literature has been a passion of mine for many years. I read to my three sons while they were still in the womb and made reading a daily part of our routine. They have all grown to be thoughtful literate human beings. Being read to and talked with honestly, I'm sure, has contributed to their successes. I believe that we all long for kindness and that the words we speak have a huge impact.

Being a part of the KVMR family of broadcasters has been a huge privilege and blessing in my life. What our radio station represents is so precious and I support it in as many ways as I can.
