A former general manager of KVMR, Joseph Guida launched his broadcast career as a disc jockey at his college radio station. His love and respect for music of all types are evident in the diversity of his radio shows, which feature selections from many parts of the world.

Joseph's personal interests include the cinema, Tibet, and health-related issues. And anyone who has ever dined at his home can attest to the fact that he's an incredible vegetarian cook. He is currently the director of St. Joseph's Cultural Center in Grass Valley, and a teacher of T'ai Chi Ch'uan.
